Parental Leave at EUROAPI
An active solution for inclusive and equal parental leave
A global standard for inclusive and equal parental leave will be implemented across the world.
From January 1, 2022, EUROAPI will grant 14 weeks paid parental leave to any EUROAPI employee welcoming a new child, whether through childbirth, adoption or surrogacy. This applies to all countries, and is irrespective of gender or sexual orientation, as long as the employee is recognized as the child’s parent as per local legislation or practice.
The benefit of paid parental leave will give our employees the freedom to determine the childcare arrangements that work best for them as a family and provide quality time to better bond together. A step forward for driving equality in the workplace and more choice beyond.
