Viviane Monges

Viviane Monges has worked in several business sectors. She served as Chief Financial Officer for the Business Excellence division of Nestlé. She previously spent nearly 20 years directing the financial transactions of three pharmaceutical companies. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of the group Galderma S.A., a multinational company specializing in dermatology. She was Chief Financial Officer of the EMEA region and then world Chief Financial Officer for the OTC division at Novartis. At Wyeth Pharmaceuticals/Pfizer, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Global Pharma Business unit. She also worked for Agence France-Presse (AFP) from 1990 to 1995.

Emmanuel Blin is the founder and CEO of Tech Care for All (TC4A), a social impact company aiming to accelerate digital health in Africa and Asia created in 2017. Previously, he spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a former member of the Executive Committee of Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Commercialization Director, after a series of assignments leading national and regional operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Mr Blin is President of Aignostics, a Berlin-based company specialising in artificial intelligence in oncology. He is a graduate of ESSEC in Paris and has completed the INSEAD-CEDEP general management programme.

Cécile Dussart is Vice President, Head of Global Operations of Galderma a Global Specialty pharma company and leader in the Dermatology field. Cécile builds and deploys the strategic road map for Operations driven by Galderma’s transformation program, as well as ensuring a professional and safe culture. She joined Galderma in 2005 as Human Resources Director for Industrial Operations, later becoming Plant Director at the Alby-sur-Chéran production facility in France in 2008. Prior to her roles at Galderma, Cécile was at Roche for more than eight years, where she held positions as Global Brand Manager and then Human Resources Business Partner. She began her career as a Brand Manager at Sanofi in 1990. Cécile studied pharmacy at the University of Paris XI and holds a master’s degree in marketing from ESCP Europe.

Olivier Klaric is the Group Treasurer of Sanofi, overseeing the company’s Financing, Treasury, and Insurance operations.

His career in finance began in the banking sector in 1987, where he honed his skills across various international banks including Banco Europeo para America Latina (BEAL), Generale Bank, Mitsui Trust Bank Europe, and Banco Santander. His early experience laid a strong foundation for his expertise in financial operations and international finance.

He transitioned to Corporate Finance when he joined Alstom, where he played a pivotal role in the strategic debt restructuring of the group. Upon moving to Mittal Steel, as Treasurer he has been instrumental in the financing of the takeover of Arcelor, paving the way for the creation of ArcelorMittal.

Géraldine Leveau

Member appointed on a proposal from the French State

Géraldine Leveau has been appointed Deputy Secretary General for Investment in 2021 by the French Prime Minister. She is co-piloting France 2030, a €54 billion plan to promote innovation and reindustrialization.

Previously, she was Advisor to the French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, and Head of the Office of Innovation Ecosystems at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

A French citizen, Géraldine Leveau holds a master's degree in political administration from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Guillaume Mortelier is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Guillaume Mortelier began his career in 2003 at Bain & Company in Paris and San Francisco where he led business development missions in Europe and North America. Between 2007 and 2012, he made equity investments in French SMEs within the Astorg Partners fund and then in companies abroad (mainly in the Mediterranean and China) within Proparco.
In September 2012, Guillaume Mortelier joined CDC Entreprises, a constituent entity of Bpifrance, where he was appointed Director of Development and then Director of Strategy and Development in 2014. In December 2017, he became a member of the Mid & Large Cap Management Committee, in charge of creating and managing the International Build-up Fund.
Guillaume Mortelier was appointed Executive Director in charge of Support on August 1, 2018.

Rodolfo Savitzky is Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of SoftwareONE. 

After serving as Finance Director at Procter & Gamble for the Beverage Division in Europe and then for the Beauty Care Division in Latin America, he joined Novartis in 2002 in the Pharmaceutical Division, first as Head of Finance for the Ophthalmic Business Unit and then as Head of Business Planning and Analysis followed by Head of Strategic Planning and Analysis for the Pharmaceutical Division. He was appointed CFO for Novartis Animal Health in 2006.  Rodolfo joined Lonza in 2015 where he became Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board in 2016.  He was also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Unilabs in 2021.

Rodolfo Savitzky holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Mexico, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth School of Business) in the United States.

Marie-Isabelle Penet is currently Global Senior Process Manager at EUROAPI and has a deep knowledge of process engineering.

She began her career at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS-French National Centre for Scientific Research) before moving to Altran as an engineer. She then became laboratory head at Rhône-Poulenc before taking roles of increasing responsibilities at Sanofi.

Marie-Isabelle Penet is an engineer in Chemical Engineering by training (ENSIC school) and holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanic. She is also certified in project economic assessment and as such a member of the Société Française pour l'avancement du Management de Projet (French Society for the Advancement of Project Management). She is a member of the board of the Advanced Process Engineering commission of the Société Française de Génie des Procédés (SFGP-French Society of Process Engineering).

After a year spent in the "Operational Excellence" department, he returned to the "Production" department. Kevin Rodier began his career as a production technician before becoming a supervisor in various workshops.

He holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) in chemistry.
