David Seignolle is the Chief Executive Officer of EUROAPI. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He joined EUROAPI from Bain & Company where he served as Expert Partner in the Healthcare Practice.

Prior to this, David spent 6 years at TEVA where he held several positions such as Head of Operations for Teva API in Italy and Mexico, Vice President Global Supply Chain API and Biologics or Site General Manager. David has also served 5 years at McKinsey & Company in France and in the US where he was focusing on Pharma Operations after beginning his career in Procurement at Toyota Motor Europe. 

David has a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Science as well as a postmaster degree in International Procurement Management.

In his personal time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children and is a passionate golfer.

Olivier Falut is the Chief Financial Officer at EUROAPI. He started his career in the financial audit sector, mainly at Ernst & Young in France and then in the United States. In 2001, he joined Bosch France as head of accounting and pursued his career as accounting director at Bel in 2003. 

In 2008, he joined Oberthur Technologies as CFO for the main business unit before moving to Lactalis (2012-2017) as head of group financial control. Since 2017, he has held CFO positions in various companies including Sodiaal, Segula Technologies, Limagrain and Fareva. 
  
Olivier Falut is a graduate from ESSEC business school and holds master’s degrees in business law. He also graduated from the French bar exam.

Jean-François Blanc is the Chief Operating Officer of EUROAPI. Executive leader with 25 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices industries, he has worked in both large international and family-size companies (Guerbet, Becton & Dickinson et Medtronic).

Jean François Blanc has held local and global level positions including Plant Management, Global Supply-chain Operations, COO and Business Unit Management. He has led change in the context of transformations with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.

Jean-François Blanc is a graduate from Centrale-Supélec in Paris and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.

Sylvia Cabrillac-Rives is the Chief Strategy Officer at EUROAPI. She is in charge of a department combining strategy, public affairs, ESG and strategic programs. 

She began her career at Hoechst Marion Roussel in clinical trials, before moving to a marketing position at Aventis.  She then moved to Sanofi, where she held a number of management positions, including Director of Public Affairs Ile-de-France, Director of Operations Centre Aquitaine and Director Overseas.  From 2017, she was a member of the Management Committee of Sanofi's French subsidiary as Director of Transversal Commercial Operations. 

After this highly diversified career in the pharmaceutical industry, she joined EUROAPI at the end of 2020 as Head of Public Affairs.
Sylvia holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology from Toulouse's Paul Sabatier University, as well as a DESS and DU in Industrial Pharmacy from Montpellier's Faculty of Pharmacy.

Outside her professional career, she likes to recharge her batteries in the countryside, hiking in the mountains or playing golf. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Raphaële Hauzy is the Chief People Officer of EUROAPI. She brings extensive experience in human resources, acquired within major French companies.

Before joining EUROAPI, she served as HR Director for France at Groupe Casino, where she was also a member of the executive committee. In this role, she led major HR transformation projects related to evolving job roles, talent management, and social dialogue.
Her career has also seen her play a key role in structuring HR functions within Groupe Casino and Fnac Darty operations, combining strong operational involvement with a particular focus on change management and managerial proximity.

Raphaële Hauzy is a graduate from ESCP Business School and holds a master’s degree in labor law from Paris Nanterre University.

Laurent Petit is Chief Research & Development Officer ad interim at EUROAPI, overseeing the company’s global R&D strategy, including innovation, small molecule development, particle engineering, and external research partnerships.

Laurent joined EUROAPI in 2023 as Head of Innovation. In 2024, he took over leadership of the Small Molecules and Particle Engineering platform, before also assuming oversight of R&D outsourcing activities. His strategic vision and cross-functional leadership have been instrumental in strengthening EUROAPI’s innovation roadmap.

Before joining EUROAPI, he spent 11 years with Minakem, where he held various research positions before being appointed R&D director. He began his scientific career with a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from École Polytechnique (2010), followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Australian National University in 2011.

Frédéric Robert, a French national, joins EUROAPI after more than 25 years of experience in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products within international organizations.

He previously held the position of Vice President of Sales & Customs Development EMEA at Aptar, overseeing nine commercial regions. Prior to this, Frédéric spent over a decade at Fareva as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, where he led global commercial operations and served on the group's Executive Committee. Frédéric has also held several senior roles at Institut Esthederm and NAOS Bioderma, overseeing various subsidiaries across Central Europe and North America. There, he was responsible for business development, subsidiary management, and international expansion.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the Dublin City University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (AES) from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
